After crossing the Arctic Circle, the first hike. Unfortunately with drizzle but through a wonderfully beautiful birch forest along a river that had to be crossed on a suspension bridge to the waterfall.

On our journey, heading south again, we pass the Nordland National Park Center and make a spontaneous stop. There we will find sufficient information about the many national parks in this area. On our last day in Norway, we visited Nordland National Park and took a short hike to Kjemåfossen. The landscape is now tinged with yellow and green by the trees.
