Easily reachable from the canal path, with a 4.5km loop or a number of ways to cut across the park. Flat or near enough, so good for some tempo/interval work if you're about that; if not, a wide main path makes it pretty stress-free. A couple of roads cross the park but they are rarely busy, and all have pedestrian crossings so shouldn't cause too much disruption.

Picturesque location, with Grade I-listed Miller's House and Grade II-listed Clock Mill on the River Lea. There's also a tranquil park on Three Mills Island nearby and a supermarket on Three Mills Lane for provisions and toilets.

Head north on the towpath for the Olympic Park, Regents Canal and Victoria Park; head southwest towards Bow Locks and along the Limehouse Cut to Limehouse Basin; or head southeast towards Cody Dock and Bow Creek.
