After the initial climb out of Littleborough it is mainly a downhill ride through the Calder Valley which is a nice warm-up for Cragg Vale, not particularly steep, but just seems to go on forever and once out if the 'valley' and on the open moor, it always seems that the wind is in your face, finishes with the fast …
