Naughty boy, first bike ride post op 3 months before the surgeon will give consent... Hey ho there are lots of NHS hospitals saying road cycling is ok at 12 weeks so that is fine I am compliant. Legs whilst unfit felt ok... Delighted to be on my bike again !
