We started in Schwabenheim an der Selz, follow the Selz cycle path past the Eleven Thousand Mägde Tower up to Engelstadt and on to Ober Hilbersheim over the Aspisheimer Höhe, we follow the cycle path to Aspisheim and on through the Ockenheimer Graben to Gau Algesheim and on to Ingelheim.
