Today we are going to the car-free event

'Every Sayn Valley'.

The best weather and a really beautiful valley invite you to go biking.

Many catering and refreshment posts invite you to linger, but we pulled through almost completely and we were in Selters in no time at all.

Now bisle freestyle to the lake and back to the valley.

Another great event car free Sayntal. 23km on the road from Bendorf to Selters with a stopover in Kausen, food and drink water, coffee, beer
