Beautiful and leisurely tour in the Nahe valley on Mother's Day. We enjoyed the sun by the river and in the forest. There are also a few meters of elevation. From the Rheingrafenstein castle ruins you are rewarded with a wonderful view. At Rheingrafenstein Castle a few kilometers away there were drinks, bratwurst and live music. And the free parking …

Today we went from the Spreitel forester's lodge to the Rheingrafenstein. The castle ruins are very impressive with a truly fantastic view of the Nahe Valley. Opposite is the Ebernburg and a little further the Rotenfels.
