August 17, 2022,Durch Braubach ruff zur Marksburg & ein Stück Rheinsteig (Komoot stürzt dauernd ab) (K)
Short farewell hike before heading back home. I already know Braubach from my Rheinsteig hikes, but since Braubach is near Bad Ems, we took a closer look at the place, including going up to the castle and a piece of the Rheinsteig.

Back on the Rhine 🍁❤️🍂🥾. Until yesterday, it wasn't really clear whether the weather would cooperate, but now I'm here and have taken advantage of the last rays of sunshine for a short hike up to Marksburg Castle and across the Rhine Heights. A lovely little walk!!

Hopefully the weather will stay dry over the weekend 🍀

I started the tour from the Braubach RV park, then went through Braubach to the Marine Chapel, and from there onto the Rheinsteig trail.
It's always a beautiful hike along the Rheinsteig trail.
