There is a brand new exclusive bike path from Les Menuires to Val Thorens. Is very nice, but in contrast to the Col de la Loze a dead end. Nevertheless, the way back on the bike path is much nicer than on the main road. Val Thorens, after all Europe's highest ski resort, is disgustingly ugly and now totally dead …
