The **Parc de l’Avion** is located south of Thionville in the neighboring municipality of **Yutz** – named after the striking **fighter plane** that is permanently on display there. The park is especially popular with families: it features a large playground, sports areas, walking paths, and plenty of greenery.
🛝 For children, there are slides, climbing elements, and water features, as well as picnic tables and wide paths for skating or cycling.
**Tip:** The old military aircraft is a real eye-catcher and a popular photo opportunity – ideal for an active stopover on a tour through Yutz or along the Moselle.
