On this sunny and exceptionally warm Sunday in March, I took the risk: a tour of the Höchi Flue.
But surprisingly few hikers crossed my path, and when they did, the well-mannered biker stopped and let the pedestrians pass. The result: a relaxed Sunday for everyone involved.

The beautiful weather above the blanket of fog lures us to the heights. Before the first climb, still in the fog, I met two fellow cyclists who also wanted to get some sun. At the turnoff towards Santelhöhe, however, they played the asphalt cowboy and rode up the Allerheiligenstrasse.
