Schattenburg Castle

The church was first mentioned in 1473 as the church “St. Arbogast in der Klaus”. The church was enlarged in 1710 and consecrated again in 1721. In 1942 the smaller of the bells in the pilgrimage church was removed to be melted down. In 1984 the church was extensively renovated again.
