The Eglegemvijver (unofficially also Put van Hombeek) is a large pond of 36 hectares located southwest of the Belgian city of Mechelen. The majority of the pond is located on the territory of Hombeek (Mechelen) in the province of Antwerp. The southernmost part of the pond is located on the territory of the municipality of Zemst in the province of Flemish Brabant. The domain is owned by the Flemish Government and is managed by the Agency for Nature and Forests (ANB).

The pond is named after the Hoeve Eglegem (not to be confused with the Castle of Relegem, which is also located on the lake). On the Ferraris maps from the 1770s this farm can be seen under the name Egligem.

The Eglegem pond is popular with nature and bird lovers and holidaymakers. You can observe the water birds around the lake and in the lake you can go fishing, sailing, windsurfing and paddle surfing. Motorized water sports are not allowed, just like swimming. Dogs must be on a leash.
