After arriving in Lermoos around noon, after a site visit, we decided to climb the 300 HM as a warm-up for the 3 days ahead.👍

After the descent with the Grubig II cable car to the Brettlalm (middle station), we then went down to the valley station so that we could put a little more strain on our downhill muscles.

So on this day we managed a total of almost 8 km, 700 meters up and 370 meters down in about 2:45 hours.
