The start and end point is at one of the two chargeable car parks by the Danube. On Bergfex, the round was described in the opposite direction because the ascent is less steep, but we prefer a steeper ascent and a gentler descent with pulling dogs. So we hiked through the village and first up to the Dürnstein ruins.
