A beautiful route with many different views of Lake Attersee. We started the route from Weyregg (there is a medium-sized car park next to the fire station). This meant that we had the steepest climb through the forest at the beginning. That's why I'm happy to recommend this tip. After a stop at the "Schöberingerhof" (good cider), we went down …

We went up the Gahberg via the Brand Steig (very steep climb). The weather was also good for us. It was dry and not too cold. We went back over the Horn. All 8 participants were fit and in a good mood.

After 12km (5h) I made a mistake because we should have turned right.

We wanted to take the shortcut up (red/white/red), but it was not visible in the twilight. Instead of taking the steep path uphill, you have to go straight up to the left... to the parking lot (point B).
