Jucker Farm at Lake Pfäffikon

Highlight • Rest Area

JUCKERHOF SEE GRÄBEN
The Juckerhof is the adventure farm on Lake Pfäffikersee run by the Jucker family. It all started with the pumpkin, today the farm is much more than that. There is plenty of space to relax, a breathtaking view, a farm shop, a farm bakery, a restaurant, a goat park, a straw castle to jump around in, blueberries to pick yourself, a natural playground and a huge apple maze with a barefoot experience.

Reformed Church Seegräben

Highlight • Religious Site

Reformed Church Seegräben
The chapel which was demolished in 1885 to make way for the current church
The current church was built in 1885 to replace a chapel which had become too small. The church was ceremoniously inaugurated on November 29, 1885. The cost of the new building at that time was CHF 33,540.10, with a state contribution of CHF 250 from the Canton of Zurich.
The interior was refreshed for the first time in 1908. Shortly afterwards, in 1911, the church was supplied with electricity.
In 1926, a low-pressure steam heating system was installed, for which a chimney had to be built on the roof.
The south-facing entrance with granite stairs and porch, as it appears today, was completed in 1937.

Auslikon Beach

Highlight • Beach

Auslikon lido
The Auslikon lido near Wetzikon is located on a peninsula at the southern end of Lake Pfäffikon. A beautiful, spacious bathing facility for young and old.
Infrastructure
The Auslikon lido is located next to the mouth of the Chämtnerbach in Lake Pfäffikon in the middle of a nature reserve. The lido has a pebble beach, extensive lawns with lots of trees and you can enjoy a great view over the lake. A separate area has been created for non-swimmers. There are several fins, a wooden tree trunk and a wooden triangle in the lake. The Auslikon campsite is right next to the lido.
For younger bathers, there is a great playground with a sandpit, swings and slide in the lido. SUP boards can be rented in the bathing building.

Pfäffikersee Loop No. 890

Highlight • Trail

Pfäffikersee circular route no. 890
The popular circular route around Pfäffikersee in the Zurich Oberland leads through unique nature with typical moor plants, past the romantic farming village of Seegräben and back to the vibrant lake promenade of Pfäffikon ZH.
The starting point is Pfäffikon ZH, where you are just a stone's throw away in the middle of an enchanting lakeside landscape. A comfortable path leads past high reed belts and magnificent moor landscapes, which provide a habitat for countless animal and plant species. On the way, you can catch a particularly attractive view of the nature reserve on pretty wooden walkways.
A special eye-catcher is the farming village of Seegräben, which can be seen gently embedded in the intact nature. With the half-timbered houses typical of the region, the place offers a romantic view and transports the viewer back to earlier times. The wide meadows sway peacefully in the wind and on the lake side the variety of aquatic plants and native animals is impressive.
For a relaxing break, there are both cosy places in nature and restaurants along the route. A detour to the signposted adventure farm is also worthwhile. After the village of Auslikon, the stately Roman fort appears on the horizon as another eye-catcher before you reach Pfäffikon ZH again - showered with the natural experience.
