For 120 years, the predecessor towered over the Schächental: the Art Nouveau Hotel Klausenpasshöhe. The new Hotel Klausenpass is a few meters further down. It impresses in a different way. There are the large window fronts - wow, the wide view! And a lot of daylight comes into the interior of the hotel.

The building blends perfectly into the landscape. It is an angular cube, concise, with clear lines. The main materials, stone and wood, take up elements of the environment: rock and the sparse high-alpine vegetation. Yes, the Hotel Klausenpass is a real gem.
