Albi is a beautiful city with a huge cathedral and the Bishop's Palace, which houses the museum with more than 1,000 pictures of Tulouse Lautrec (Albi is his birthplace).
The first 1.5 km of the running route is arduous because you have to go through town. Then quite nice and along a golf course. All in all, definitely recommendable.
