Since there are wells in every small village in France, you don't have to worry about the water supply at least in the heat. There are also plenty of cycle paths in the area!!!

More often than not theres a tail wind if you ride up the Beaufort valley from Albertville 😉. The chapel is worth a stop for the fab view and a little bit of history on the old village that existed before the lake. THE best descent into Bourg, so varied
