April 17, 2022,MTB Rundtour auf dem Seerücken nach Mostindien (Altnau) auf tollen Pfaden und mit viel Panorama entlang dem Bommer sowie Emerzer Weiher
Why do you actually say Mostindien?

On today's MTB (Mostindientour) you ride after the apple with perfect panoramic views, so to speak.

Since 1853, Thurgau has also been called "Mostindien" based on a caricature by Heinrich Jenny, because of the apple cultivation and its shape, which is reminiscent of India.

After yesterday's guided MTB tour, today we deliberately went to the elements of forest and water (WW) if I had a wine with me then we would already be on the world wide web (WWW) 😝 and then I'd like to quote: In the forest there is no W- LAN but a much better connection.

Another varied round tour, this time with the focus on the Ice Age ravine in Langrickenbach.

Certainly great as a hike coming from Bottighofen with a distance of about 15km. The ravine is too short for biking, because the ravine path then descends via steps and you can't get any further by bike.

Something to the ravine:

Today I dedicate myself to the great autumn colors and start with a quote: "Colors are nature's smile" (William Hunt)

How do achromats feel? One in about 100,000 people suffers from color blindness, not to think about it, not knowing how beautiful and colorful our nature is.

I start today's tour description with an aphorism. “It is healing to surround yourself with colored things. What pleases the eye refreshes the mind, and what refreshes the mind refreshes the body."

And so the colorful MTB tour starts at a cool 16 degrees and sunshine on the Seerücken in the direction of Altnau with a few trails.

I'll start today's tour description with a short saying "Chase your dreams" and won't go into much detail about the tour on the Seerücken because I've reported about it so often. A few weeks ago I presented the project: Ordonnanzrad 05, it is a military bike from 1931, see: komoot.de/tour/1021081178
