On a beautiful, yet strenuous, cycle route, I first cycle from Hunolstein in the Hunsrück to the confluence of the Drohn and Moselle. The route continues along the Moselle to Mühlheim. We reach the county of Veldenz in a side valley of the Moselle, continue to Burgen, and then climb back into the Hunsrück.
