Chapel of Our Lady of Mount Carmel (Valletti Chapel)

Small building built in 1698 to commemorate a miracle attributed to the Madonna del Carmine. Restored and decorated in the 19th century (exterior and interior frescoes date from 1862-63). It is a classic Piedmontese alpine style church, with very simple shapes, and with a covered porch in front of the entrance that can offer shelter from the rain or refreshment from the beating sun. In the small garden next to it, benches and a fountain with drinking water. A nice place for a stopover.

Public garden dedicated to Maria Teresa Marchini, sister of Francesco Marchini, to whom "Villa Grondana" was originally bequeathed, owned by the noble Molines family from 1533 until 1901, when the last descendant left it to Francesco, his secretary.
