Actually a nice tour with Sandra, Jörg & Thomas through the Wahner Heide.
Actually, I shouldn't have added another loop. Flat tire. Wrong spare tube... valve not compatible ;-(, had to push for almost 4 km.
Thanks to @Jörg for picking me up...
