Wonderful, varied tour. Short visit to the Villa Haselburg information center.

Today we walked along the H1 premium hiking trail from Höchst train station 😊. A tour with a very varied landscape: it goes through gorges, along mountain paths and through forests.
And “education” is not neglected either: the Roman Villa Haselburg is on the way as is the Obrunn Gorge.

The Obrunnschlucht is a very nice hike. There is always something to see and many rest areas. The rest of the H1 circular route is also good for hiking. The last 2 km before Höchst are partly on the road without a sidewalk and are not suitable for a hiking trail.
