The Park of the Seven Flags at the height of Tybee Pier on Butler Street. It was established in 2003 and features Nickie's Fountain, donated by Nicholas Charles Alexander (1921-2016) who was a leader in the development of Tybee Island's business district and lived on the island for over 70 years.
