With thick clouds, it was unclear how the day would turn out weather-wise. But Friedrichshafen works in any weather. First there was a visit to Graf Zeppelin. Here history is brought to life in such a diverse way that it captivates you, even if you are perhaps not so interested in technology.

Today we took the public transport to Friedrichshafen, which is free thanks to the guest card. This is a very interesting place and well worth a visit.

Unfortunately we didn't remember that it was a public holiday. The lakeside promenade in particular was jam-packed, so we didn't stay there for very long.
