A hot run 🏃 ♀️🥵
☀️☀️☀️, but it was still fun 😄 swimming still needs a few training sessions 🙈 cycling was great, I was happy running in the heat ☀️ too 😄, a feeling of happiness at the finish 🤸 ♀️😍. My recording doesn't quite match either.
