A very nice 2 hour hike. The sections of the route are very varied (meadow paths, asphalt, split). Two sections of the route are signposted with bypass routes, as the regular routes could be a bit difficult to walk depending on the weather.
The waymarking is excellent. The highlight of the route is the Tiefental.

The tour includes a steep passage that is very slippery when/after it rains, but you can avoid it on an 800m longer alternative route.

Missed the first junction of the original route because of a playful instinct. 😏

Hello everyone,

Today we had our annual district lay preachers' meeting for the Protestant church district, this year in Ödenwaldstetten.

Since I knew it would be around 2:30 or 3:00 p.m. before I could go for a hike, I looked for a shorter one that could be completed in about 3 hours.

I still have a few tours from the HOCHGEHBERGE collection in my stack of uncompleted hikes. I really appreciate these tours as they often lead through wonderful terrain.
So I decided on the "plowed up" option when it was cloudy and started the circuit from the Phenopfad hiking car park. You follow this path for a while and enjoy the …

Hochgehberge 4/22 ✔️

I drove quite a long way for this Hochgehberg, almost 100km 🙈 It was a beautiful tour, but one of the less challenging Hochgehbergs. You start on the Phäno Trail, which is especially great for children. After a few stops, however, you have to turn off and climb very steeply uphill. There's even a detour signposted for …

Shortly after the hiking car park, a path goes up to the right, which is currently very slippery. There is also an excellent bypass route for this. The Tiefental is very beautiful due to the rock formations. A comfortable beautiful tour

Nice, undemanding round.
The Phenoweg is nice for children.
At the end of the tour, 200m from the parking lot, there is a barbecue area.
