Great rocks 🪨 that you can climb. There are beautiful views all around, partly through the rocks. Some of the rocks are heavily eroded and you should be sure-footed. It's a great experience!

October 5, 2022,Thekenberge🍁Klusfelsen🍂 Spiegelberge
Today I'm taking you on an autumn hike again 🍁🥾🍄🍂. This time we started south of Halberstadt near Langenstein. We went over the glass monk to the Thekenberge, then right through the Klusfelsen with really great, intense colors today: the yellow rocks in the warm autumn light with an azure blue sky 👍, more is really not possible... and then …

At my daughter's request to hike 3 days in a row, the first tour took us to Klusfelsen. No rain so let's get going. The three of us walked through this great area and had a wonderful day with great weather🌞🥾🎒

The beautiful weather is luring us into the beautiful nature around Halberstadt today.
We start with the Klusberge Mountains, magnificent stone formations. We continue through beautiful deciduous forest and field paths to the "Glass Monk." If you look closely, you can actually make out a monk's face looking to the left.
We continue on truly stunning forest paths through the …

The remains of the Langenstein concentration camp that lay on the way are depressing. And also the associated scars in nature in the mirror mountains, which you can hardly overlook. Just awful!

Thanks to komoot users we found this interesting area today. We started from the hotel, had a good breakfast, in Halberstadt and recorded from Halberstadt - Spiegelsberge. The weather held up well for about 80% of the round. Now we are both 🐶🙋‍♀️ dry again and satisfied that we were able to do such a nice lap.

I particularly liked this hike. Geological highlights, lots of forest, wonderful views and historical places could be found on this hike. The starting point was the stadium in Halberstadt. From here we went to the Klusfelsen, the Fünffinger-Felsen and later to the Teufelskanzel. These geological highlights have been around for several millennia.
From here the hike led through the Klussiedlung …

In the most beautiful hiking weather 🌦 I explored Langenstein and the surrounding area.
This time my stamp hunt was again focused on the booklets in the shadow of the witch. Of the 6 stamps ♟ I had planned, unfortunately one was completely destroyed (including the box) and one was stolen. By chance I discovered another one, so I was …
