A very exciting path for which you need to have a good sense of running. Many people still walk here with strollers, even though you have to climb quite a bit in places. But you are rewarded with great views.

Today's station wagon was a very nice round, it mainly ran through quaint, romantic stream valleys. The damp ground made it very muddy and slippery in places. The highlights were the via ferrata passages and the Geierlay suspension rope bridge, both of which are manageable. It felt like it was just uphill all day 😅.

Was really a nice tour, but the end was quite exhausting.

In case anyone is wondering why I skipped the suspension bridge, the absolute highlight: In the parking lot there was a little hint that it can only be walked in one direction due to the corona. You can only see the sign if you follow the small circular route exactly. Otherwise there was not a single hint on the whole …

On my last day of vacation, I wanted to see the Geierlay suspension bridge. So, despite my fear of heights, I bravely set off for Mörsdorf in the Hunsrück.

Of course, I wanted to combine it all with a nice day hike.
