Great view of the Kampenwand. The ideal place for everyone who doesn't dare to climb the via ferrata to the summit and prefers to watch the others as they climb and sit comfortably in the sun.

This is more of a climb than a hike. So be careful!

From the middle it gets really zappy. Proper footwear mandatory! But the prospects always make up for it! Great, anytime again!

Finally on the mountain! And then it was covered in clouds and fog, but every now and then the sun came through and the view was clear. It was only 4.7 km, but it was tough. But beautiful!

At 30 degrees, the route was very sweaty and strenuous 🌞😰, but still very worthwhile 📸🏔️.

Unfortunately, Komoot messed up the pictures again 🫣

"On this tour you don't climb to the summit, but rather circle the Kampenwand massif on a mountain path with great views. From the starting point at the mountain station of the Kampenwand cable car, you take the beautiful and easy-to-walk panoramic hiking trail to the Steinlingalm, then past the Steinling chapel in an easterly direction. After a slight descent …

Two-day 60s trip to Bavaria with a beautiful hike around the Kampenwand. Tomorrow there will be a brewery tour and a visit to the longest castle in the world in Burghausen.

Beautiful tour around the Kampenwand. The rain made the hiking trail very soft in places, making it difficult to move forward at times. We had beautiful views of the Alps. Towards the end of the tour the sun came out. 🌞🏞️

The first half of the tour is beautiful. After the first half it gets very tiring and should really be labeled as black. Really very demanding. Very sturdy shoes and very good condition. Otherwise it doesn't work. So I would recommend walking halfway and then back.
