Oak Avenue at Egglburger Lake

Highlight • Natural Monument

Fantastic avenue of over one hundred years old oak trees - which, by the way, is a listed building. Between the gnarled trunks you look out over the sparkling waters of Lake Egglburg.

October 9, 2021,Ebersberg: Ludwigshöhe, Egglburger See und Klostersee
The beautiful autumn weather lured us to this nice Saturday afternoon tour near Ebersberg through the forest and along the lakes. A lot of people had the idea for this, the parking lot at the Ebersberger Alm and the museum was very full. We were lucky and caught a small gap. This time we were also able to climb the …

Today, on Mother's Day 💐, my girls wanted to go on a hike. As we were already there for our friend's 40th birthday, I made a tour out of it 😉 First we went up an avenue to the Ebersberg observation tower. Up to the tower, there were fallen soldiers in family trees on almost every tree. 🙌🏻 The little …

Great tour with sooo many friends! 😍😍😍
The paths were very muddy in places due to the heavy rainfall of the last few weeks, but we were well prepared.
A stop at the Ebersberger Alm is highly recommended. Mmmmh... 😋😁

A beautiful tour of the foothills of the Alps with a more or less good view of the Alps. Today it was about 70 km due to the Sahara dust in the air. The tower is accessible again and the view is simply magnificent.

A very nice tour, pleasant to go on.🥰
A cozy round.
Only in pictures 20 and 21 it was very muddy😵‍💫
Afterwards eat at the Croatian Dalmatino in Ebersberg. Highly recommended 🥰

Traveling by car again for work, I took the opportunity and went about the tour that I copied from @Melanie. The avenue of old oak trees fascinated me the most.

Via the Heldenallee, which is dedicated to the soldiers from Ebersberg who died in the First World War, we went to an inn, which of course is closed today. So …
