May 9, 2024,Herrentagstour in den Schatzgarten Neuheide
We actually always cycle around the Saaler Bodden on Ascension Day, but this time we wanted to go to the treasure chamber in Neuheide.
Starting in Prerow, we went over the Bodden dike to Wieck and then on to the first small pit stop in Born. Between Born and Althagen we crossed the Werre Polder, a large Bodden renaturation area. …

Darss Runde, today from Dierhagen to Prerow and back via Born. Always nice this tour, no matter where you go. Also the Boddenweg, a dream through beautiful nature

Set off in light drizzle, about 1 hour by car to Klockenhagen. Here on the Fischland no rain :-) and in the afternoon the sun even came through and stayed until the evening.

beautiful are the villages of Wusow, Ahrenshop, Prerow on the coast or Wieck, Born and Altenhagen am Bodden

Always a nice bike ride. Along the Bodden, through the picturesque towns of Born and Wieck, where many places invite you to linger. Today we were able to watch some white-tailed eagles hunting fish, a great experience. Via Prerow to the Darßer Ort emergency port and of course the Weststrand-Darßer jungle should not be missing, simply too beautiful.

Today I did the first real tour during my week in Dierhagen, and it was really fun right away. The beginning was not so nice for photos, but just right for cycling. Later the weather got really nice, only around 19°C, but the wind was pleasantly warm, so it wasn't too cold for swimming and letting the air dry you.
