August 29, 2023,Hike from Arreau to Plo del Naou - Col d'Aspin - Arreau

Pretty cool hike but very steep from the start with long 40 degree sections. Once passed the forest its beautiful, horses and cows chilling at the summit. Its downhill to Col Aspin and then i just walked the roads and a few pathways back down to Aspin-Aure, followed the river back to the main roads just before reaching Arreau.

Good physical condition required, sturdy hiking shoes or boots.
Many narrow paths. The last 2km to the summit are on goat paths.
