That was my first 100 km in four days. I usually take longer breaks between rides. The first few kilometers were quite painful for my knees, but that completely disappeared after eight kilometers.
Now, even 10 or 13% inclines in short sections are no longer a problem. I'm slowly getting there 😊 💪
