A beautiful loop from Viehhofen to the Hecherhütte. The ascent is along a wide paved road, which may not be to everyone's taste. The descent, however, is along dirt roads. From the hut, you have a beautiful view of the valley and the Schmittenhöhe. Jarmila, the friendly hut owner, welcomes every guest.
