July 30, 2023,dag 3 Nord Schwarzwald trophy, trailrun 11km.

Pfff I had it so hard, lead in legs and no good cooperating heart / lung function unfortunately.. 🏃 ♀️🌧🌧
The weather was also very bad and the forest was muddy and slippery.
But had a nice weekend again 👍🚵‍♀️🏃‍♀️💪🌧 better next time 👍
