Today we were finally able to take a nice walk on the beach. The storm had blown out and didn't cause much damage to Usedom. Other regions were not so lucky.

It's Easter Sunday, and the weather is perfect. A lovely hike from Glindberg Zinnowitz to Trassenheide through the coastal forest and back along the beach. A little above the main path in the coastal forest, there's a smaller forest path. It's much nicer, as from there you can see the hilly forest and all the way to the Baltic Sea.

The hike from Trassenheide to Zinnowitz and back was very icy 🥶, but still very beautiful in the lovely sunshine 🌞. The pier in Zinnowitz was closed today, so it was completely empty. A rare sight indeed. A mulled wine 🍷 along the way revived us for the return journey. Another successful day! 👍
