In midsummer temperatures, the loop around Lake Schwerin is a must.
Start at the free parking lot, past the Seehof campsite, towards Willigrad...
Benches along the route invite you to linger... and all those who enjoy swimming 🐾 will definitely get their money's worth... there are access points to the lake at many points.

A wonderful tour along Lake Schwerin. At Wiligrad Castle, there's a very nice café with plenty of outdoor seating. Free-range chickens and beehives are also interesting for children.
