Sunset over the field and long shadows. Old half-timbered houses in the village.

Now it gets dark again so quickly. You start while it's still light and before you've finished the short walk, the full moon is in the dark sky.

Showing Translation

Just a short walk across the field and back through the village. Past the faded culvert sign. "Düker", what a funny word, it probably goes under the path and connects the two moats. (Düker means diver and comes from Low German)
Our highlight was the extensive, delicious breakfast in the Café Landhaus Bröckel.

Showing Translation

I love taking pictures of the striped asparagus fields. From the side you can only see plastic film.
There was a beautiful old tractor in the village.

Showing Translation

Also in the other direction: bright white striped asparagus fields and rusty giant rolls

Showing Translation

The asparagus field plastic sheets were rolled up and tied neatly. The moats were dug properly.
The beautiful old gable from 1866 is worth seeing in the village.

Showing Translation

And again and again the long rows of plastic film in the asparagus fields.
In Bröckel the church cannot be missed because it is well signposted.

Past white-striped asparagus fields and with a delicious breakfast in Café Landhaus Bröckel
