The Maciej Shaft, being on the Industrial Monuments Route, combines history with modernity, and the intensively enriched museum exhibition allows every visitor to feel the magic of the old technical craftsmanship, which has become the basis for the development of the entire region and the source of our Silesian identity. It cultivates the mining traditions that coexist in Szyba with modern design and the Silesian restaurant that stands out on the gastronomic map, it is a place where you can eat an excellent meal accompanied by the best drinks and good music.
The Maciej Shaft is the only facility in the Silesian Voivodeship that is both on the Industrial Monuments Route and the "Silesian Tastes" Culinary Route.
