The Old Town Hall of Lutherstadt Wittenberg is located in the center of the old town on the market square. It was the seat of the Wittenberg city administration from the 16th century to the year 2000.

In 1573, deficiencies in the building necessitated a reconstruction. The current entrance portal with its lush decor and the bell tower with the sinner's bell were added.
