Beautiful paths with magnificent views. Unfortunately a lot of clouds today. At km 3.7 the path was no longer there, so we had to walk the gravel path for a bit.

A beautiful hike. The way to the summit cross was mostly along small, narrow forest paths. Despite the shade, it was very warm. 😅 And the GPS didn't cooperate very well again. The kilometers were correct, but the elevation gain was about 405. 🙈

The starting point today was the Karbachalm mountain station. In light rain it went to the Schneeberg 1921m and then to the Schneebergkreuz at 1936m. Here it was incredibly cold, so we descended on a beautiful but currently slippery steep root path. The round was completed with a short ascent to the Karbachalm.
