The trail crosses several small rivers (as seen in the first photo). We crossed after heavy rainfall two days prior and two of these crossings were very difficult because the trail had (partly) crumbled.

June 29, 2023,Furkelpass- Piz da Peres- Hochalmsee- Joch Lapadures - Furkelpass
A strenuous tour with climbing passages but absolutely worthwhile. Very varied paths and magnificent views in all directions.

Tour in the ascent in the last part very exhausting, but very beautiful landscape. The last one and a half kilometers are on a forest path, which doesn't really bother us. In between, the path goes parallel to a small, beautiful stream.

New via ferrata (2022) on Piz da Perez, Pustertal. The climb can be avoided by alternatively using path 12 for the ascent. Continue (pathless, but not difficult) to the Dreifingerspitz. Above the Hochalmsee, cross the Slapadures-Joch towards Bad Bergfall. On the descent, do not miss the turnoff to the Furkelpass (path 3B) to the west! This is a challenge, especially …

A beautiful but also exhausting tour where I am not sure whether the ascent or the descent is more difficult. From the saddle it is actually quick and easy to get to the summit at 2479m. On the descent you pass Le de Fojedöra. Must look very good in fair weather. From there it goes on a good hiking trail …

From the Furkelsattel, the climb is sometimes very steep up to the mountain station. From the ridge, you need rock climbing skills, surefootedness and hands to hold onto the rock. The last few meters to the summit of Piz da Peres 2507m are easy to reach over grassy ridges. The path to the Dreifingerspitze over the Dreifingerscharte is mostly easy …

The route is always well signposted with the classic red-white paint marks but the direction signs are not always equally well marked, among other things all strictly in German. The ascent to Piz da Peres can be done along a path or with a recently built via ferrata - (2022)

On the descent, to q. 1860 m. approximately there …
