Today I went on the Ratingen circular trail A9 in dry, sunny weather (although I did wish I had gloves at one point). A bit too much asphalt at the beginning, but overall a lovely loop with a large portion along the Anger river :-)

Parking this time: Dorfstr 71. It also goes around somewhere. 😉 It is much more beautiful now in spring than in autumn. A mostly idyllic route that is worth it. Also suitable for dogs that like to swim. There are many places with access to the Angerbach. It winds beautifully through the landscape. However, when the weather is good, there …

The rapeseed fields in Ratingen-Homberg transform the landscape into a radiant yellow sea of flowers in April. Beautiful to look at!😀🌼🏵🌞

A very nice route that starts with a view over fields, changes to forest paths along the meadow and leads back up to the fields at the end.

Such a beautiful hike in the beautiful Angertal. A route that completely thrilled us. The first part leads along meadows and fields with great views. The second part leads along the Angerbach and offers the dogs water fun. The mood of the sky today also had a very special charm 😍
A very clear hiking recommendation from us 🥳🙌🥳

Beautiful route with a high proportion of asphalt. Ideal for cycling. The construction of the motorway will probably destroy this beautiful area again.
Long live the car lobby!

unfortunately far too much asphalt. If we hadn't ignored the no-passing ban at the bridge, this hike would have been a total failure.
