The village is near Haan in the Neandertal. There are many hiker's car parks as some hiking trails pass through here.

Our hike around the pit 7, a former quarry that is now a nature reserve, was easy to walk with small obstacles, such as a fallen tree 🌳. The path was a bit slippery at times, but it was still worth it 👍
