A mostly relaxed route. In autumn, the paths are full of leaves, making them difficult to find in places. It was particularly difficult to find the path when re-entering the forest for the second time because everything was overgrown and the ground offered no point of reference.

On Father's Day, my son Tamo and I went on a beautiful hike in the idyllic landscape of the Ith, a mountain range in the Weserbergland. Our adventure started in Launstein and took us along the Ith ridge over spectacular rock formations, including the legendary Rocks of Adam and Eve and the Mönchstein.
