A spoke nipple on the rear wheel broke off, on the pinion side, at about 8 km, and it cost me an hour to repair. Luckily I had spare nipples, spokes and the necessary tools to dismantle the cassette with me! :-) Sometimes the experience gained from many Alpine crosses is worth its weight in gold!
