July 30, 2024,Lingesetalsperre - Badestelle an der Brucher Runde von Rodt
So the route is really wonderful.

What bothered us today was the heat. 🌞🌞🌞 We were always happy to take in any shade.

The view first of the Brucher and later of the Lingesetalsperre....🔝

Overall, the tour is rather mediocre. It has been proven again that paths at dams are rather dark corridors between trees and bushes and you can hardly see the dams. Because large parts of the conifers that have died have already been felled, you unfortunately also hike through deforested forest areas. The dams and some parts are beautiful. Those who …

Today, despite the wind and occasional drizzle, we just went out. The tour is varied, sometimes on forest floor, sometimes on roads or well-developed hiking trails. After the recent rain, the trails were easy to walk.

April 2025 - Today we started at the upper Bruchersee car park in Marienheide-Rodt, from there down to the Bruchertalsperre and counterclockwise to the dam wall. At this point, go down to the right, behind the wall, a short distance across the street "Zur Eulenbecke" and then right onto the forest path, parallel to the Wipper, until you reach the …

Located in the heart of the wooded municipality of the old pilgrimage site of Marienheide are the Lingese Dam and the Brucher Dam. They serve to protect against flooding and increase low water levels. Today, the Lingese Dam primarily serves as a recreational facility. It is visited annually by many people seeking relaxation in the beautiful landscape. In 2011, bathing …

Away from home today!

I visited the Bruchertalsperre and Lingesetalsperre in June by bike 🚴‍♂️!

Today I explored it more closely on foot 🚶🏽‍♂️!

Started at the hiking car park at the Bruchertalsperre.
Past the Bruchertalsperre towards Grimeringhausen.
Then over the Moosberg down to the Lingesetalsperre. Halfway around and through the beautiful Eulenbecke nature reserve back to the Bruchertalsperre! 😀😀
